At The Baking Mommy, every cake is freshly baked to order with care and attention. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we maintain a strict return and refund policy to ensure quality and fairness for all customers.


1. No Return Policy

All cakes and baked goods sold are non-returnable.
We do not accept returns once the order has been delivered or collected.


2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds or replacements are only considered under the following conditions:

  • The wrong item was delivered
  • The product is damaged upon arrival
  • The order does not match your confirmed purchase

3. Proof Requirement

To request a refund or replacement, you must:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order
  • Provide clear photo or video evidence of the issue

Requests made after 24 hours may not be accepted.


4. Refund Process

Once your request is reviewed and approved:

  • A replacement will be arranged OR
  • A refund will be issued via the original payment method

Processing time may take 3–7 working days, depending on the payment provider.


5. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Incorrect information provided (e.g., wrong address or contact number)
  • Minor design or decoration differences
  • Taste preferences

6. Order Cancellation
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed and payment has been made
  • Any cancellation requests are subject to approval and may not be eligible for a refund
