Refund and Returns Policy

At The Baking Mommy, every cake is freshly baked to order with care and attention. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we maintain a strict return and refund policy to ensure quality and fairness for all customers.
1. No Return Policy
All cakes and baked goods sold are non-returnable.
We do not accept returns once the order has been delivered or collected.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds or replacements are only considered under the following conditions:
- The wrong item was delivered
- The product is damaged upon arrival
- The order does not match your confirmed purchase
3. Proof Requirement
To request a refund or replacement, you must:
- Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order
- Provide clear photo or video evidence of the issue
Requests made after 24 hours may not be accepted.
4. Refund Process
Once your request is reviewed and approved:
- A replacement will be arranged OR
- A refund will be issued via the original payment method
Processing time may take 3–7 working days, depending on the payment provider.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Incorrect information provided (e.g., wrong address or contact number)
- Minor design or decoration differences
- Taste preferences
6. Order Cancellation
- Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed and payment has been made
- Any cancellation requests are subject to approval and may not be eligible for a refund
